   Proposal Description:
   Through laboratory experiments, we have found that digoxin may influence Alzheimer?s pathology. Our goal is to see if this association is applicable to humans.  -To determine the effect of digoxin use on the symptoms and pathology of Alzheimer?s disease.  -The main variables of interest are the neuropsychiatric test results and Braak stages.  -We will analyzes baseline data of all subjects (excluding those with dementia other than Alzheimer?s disease, and serious medical problems) and a subgroup of only Alzheimer?s disease subjects.
